Kosmont Companies was retained by Eisner Pediatric to assist in the acquisition of a neighboring property. Eisner had outgrown its existing facilities and was looking for additional space in which to expand. Kosmont represented Eisner in negotiations for the purchase of the property which was not listed for sale.
Macerich – Capitola Mall
Kosmont was retained by Macerich, the owner of the Capitola Mall, to provide real estate advisory services related to structuring and obtaining financial assistance for a proposed Mall expansion. Kosmont is assisting Macerich in evaluating a public private partnership with City of Capitola and exploring government financing solutions and grant opportunities.
