The Forum (formerly the “Great Western Forum”) was owned and operated by Forum Enterprises, Inc., and remains in use as a venue for the Faithful Central Bible Church and various concerts and other events. Kosmont was retained by Forum Enterprises, Inc. to develop an asset management strategy to satisfy the long term needs of Forum Enterprises, Inc. and the Faithful Central Bible Church. The development of this strategy included the evaluation of numerous land use and development scenarios to determine the most beneficial strategy given the clients diverse needs.
