Kosmont was retained by the City of Huntington Park to evaluate the feasibility of a Community Revitalization and Investment Authority (CRIA). The City’s goals included using the tax increment generated by the CRIA to fund important infrastructure, rehabilitation, and affordable housing projects surrounding several neighborhoods across the City.
