The City of Placentia is contracted Kosmont Companies to determine the feasibility of an EIFD. City goals include providing necessary infrastructure to induce and support private investment and development in and around the City’s historic Old-Town Santa Fe District and TOD Packing House District as well as a future Metrolink Station.
