Kosmont Companies was contracted by the City of Riverside to evaluate the feasibility of a Community Revitalization and Investment Authority (CRIA). City goals included utilizing tax increment generated from the CRIA to fund valuable infrastructure improvements, remediation and rehabilitation efforts, and affordable housing projects in various neighborhoods across the City.
