Kosmont Companies is retained by the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) to assist with the programming and provision of screening and technical advisory services in connection with Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts (EIFD) and Community Revitalization and Investment Authorities (CRIA) implementation in SCAG member jurisdictions. Kosmont will be participating in regional retraining efforts with SCAG, assisting in providing technical direction to SCAGs 191 member cities.
