The City of Watsonville contracted Kosmont Companies to determine the feasibility of a Community Revitalization and Investment Authority (CRIA) as a funding and financing mechanism for key infrastructure, rehabilitation, and affordable housing projects surrounding several neighborhoods and commercial corridors in the City.
