The Los Angles Business Journal named Agoura Hills among the Top 10  least expensive cities in Los Angeles County for businesses. Based on  data collected by Kosmont Companies, a Los Angeles based economic  consulting firm, the cost to do business in Agoura Hills is less than  more than 300 other cities.

The City has no business taxes or additional  revenue based taxes. The City has a minimal annual business registration but utilizes those funds to market the area and  promote “Think Local First” programs.

Agoura Hills is no stranger  to this recognition having been named to this list on a continual  basis.
