Ms. Adria Stauber is a Senior Project Analyst with Kosmont Companies, where she works closely with senior personnel to acquire new business, conduct research for public agency clients, and provide overall project management support across a variety of project types. Ms. Stauber has developed expertise in economic development and urban planning, with over five years of experience serving public and private sector clients through market and economic research, real estate development services, and economic development support. Her role on the KFS team includes providing technical assistance for bond financing deals, and she has played a key role in structuring projects that support fiscally sustainable and community-centered development.
Ms. Stauber’s professional background includes significant work in affordable housing finance and development, urban design for community betterment, and transportation program management. She has facilitated public-private partnerships and collaborated with stakeholders at all levels—from local community members to county officials. Most recently, she worked at CTY Housing, where she assisted affordable housing developers in determining the financial feasibility of new developments, applying for competitive funding opportunities, and managing project closeouts.
Her prior experience includes drafting California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) reports at AECOM; sourcing and applying for public finance opportunities at Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco; and managing a mobility hubs pilot project at TransForm. Through these roles, Ms. Stauber has developed deep experience in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, leveraging public and private funding sources, and advancing inclusive, community-driven development initiatives.
EDUCATION
Ms. Stauber holds a M.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA, and her B.A. in Public Health from UC Berkeley.
