Lily Schenk

Ms. Lily Schenk is a Project Analyst with Kosmont Companies, providing support to senior personal through GIS mapping, financial analysis, project due diligence, analysis,  and regulatory review.

Ms. Schenk’s background is in land development, geospatial, and cartography. Prior to joining Kosmont, she studied urban planning and construction management, and economic development at Arizona State University. Her thesis was on the impact of Opportunity Zones. Ms. Schenck’s experience includes stakeholder outreach, feasibility studies, market analyses, and land development.
