Ms. Sara Isgur is a Senior Advisor with Kosmont Companies. Throughout her 35 plus year career, she has specialized in commercial real estate development working for various Redevelopment Agencies (Los Angeles, San Diego, Vista, and Seaside) with an emphasis on asset management, land development strategies, economic development, and public/private projects. Ms. Isgur has broad experience in managing development projects from land use concept to entitlement procurement and construction.

She has also worked for consulting firms such as Urban Futures, Sedway/CBRE, and Basile, Baumann, Prost, and Associates plus owned her own firm, Interlink Development Consulting. At Interlink, Ms. Isgur represented developers and property owners with P3 projects, entitlement approvals and subdivision approvals. She handled redevelopment plan adoption work while with Urban Futures, the Chula Vista Bay front Plan economic plan during her tenure with CBRE, and the Navy Broadway Project with Basile, Baumann, Prost, & Associates.

After retiring from the County of San Diego where she handled leasing and sale of County land plus wireless leasing, Ms. Isgur got licensed as a commercial real estate agent. Before joining Kosmont, she worked for KW Commercial Carmel Valley/Del Mar. Ms. Isgur handled land development sales at KW and provided entitlement expertise to clients (private and government).

LICENSES / AFFILIATIONS

Ms. Isgur is on the Board of the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of the San Diego Association of Realtors and the 60th Street Homeowners Association. Ms. Isgur is also a member of the Mission Valley Planning Group. Ms. Isgur is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson by the State of California Department of Real Estate (DRE No. 00833903).

EDUCATION

Ms Isgur holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York – Binghamton, a Master of Urban Affairs from Boston University, and a Certification in Real Estate Development from the University of California, San Diego.
